Kevin Halligen's Oakley International was also hired to conduct investigations into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

And Halligen may have found out too much about people like Abdelkader Belliraj.

Belliraj is a Belgian-Moroccan terrorist who has worked for the CIA and the French and Belgian security services.

Belliraj's home is in Molenbeek St Jean, in Belgium.

Molenbeek St Jean is the Belgian district that Oakley International were alleged to have been staking out in April and May 2008.

The disappearance of the girls reminded many of the murders committed by Marc Dutroux some ten years earlier. aangirfan: Marc Dutroux

From The Observer, May 5, 2002 (Belgium's silent heart of darkness Review The Observer):

"Dutroux led police to the emaciated bodies of Julie Lejeune and Melissa Russo, the two eight-year-olds who had been kidnapped more than a year before. They were buried in the garden of another of Dutroux's homes. An accomplice, Michel Lelievre - a drug addict and petty thief - told police soon after his arrest that the girls had been kidnapped to order, for someone else. The chief suspect was Jean Michel Nihoul, a Brussels businessman, pub-owner and familiar face at sex parties...

"Regina Louf... told investigators how from the age of 12 she'd been 'given' by her parents to a family friend, Tony Van den Bogaert, who'd had a key to their house. He would collect her from school and take her away for weekends to sex parties where she was 'given' to other men and secretly filmed having sex with them. 'It was highly organised,' she says. 'Big business. Blackmail. There was a lot of money involved.'

"In 1996 she related her experiences to a police team under carefully filmed and supervised conditions. She described certain regular clients including judges, one of the country's most powerful politicians (now dead) and a prominent banker. She gave the police the names by which she knew these men, detailed the houses, apartments and districts where she'd been taken with other children to entertain the guests.

"This 'entertainment' was not just sex, she told the police. It involved sadism, torture and even murder"

1,300 children disappeared in the Brussels region between 1991 and 1996. According to government official Mr De Baets, what happened after several of these disappearances was that Marc Dutroux paid large sums of money into various bank accounts. - aangirfan: BELGIUM - DUTROUX - Was Dutroux working for the ...

According to Oswald Lewinter (http://www.conspiracyplanet.com/channel.cfm?channelid=120&contentid=1337&page=2):

"On August 17, 1996... Belgian police raided a house in a small city in the French speaking sector of the nation...

"The raid, which netted a large number of documents, computer disks with lists of names, resulted in the arrest of Marc Dutroux, a well-known criminal and low-level police informant.

"The Dutroux arrest unraveled an international pedophile ring involving Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, the U.S., Great Britain, Japan and the United Nations and its agencies.

"The names found on the computer disks reached into the highest levels of politics and society in the various countries and institutions, including some of the very members of the Belgian government who had originally been implicated in the assassination of Andre Cools."
