"Residents in several North African countries, including Morocco (12%), Egypt (13%), and Algeria (14%) were the least likely to say they were in favor of NATO intervention."

Political analyst Dan Glazebrook, at Ahram Online, has written "Libya: the ongoing disaster".

According to Glazebrook:

1. NATO's destruction of Libya has paved the way for the military re-conquest of Africa.

2. At least 50,000 people were killed in the NATO attack on Libya.

3. Libya's former 'rebels' are now turning on each other and the mass killing continues.

4. $1.4 billion has already been paid out to the NATO's mercenaries who fought in Libya.

5. Corruption is becoming endemic in Libya.

$2.5 billion in oil revenues is unaccounted for.

6. Libya's resources are now being jointly plundered by the oil multinationals and a handful of chosen families.

7. No supporters of Gaddafi are to be allowed to stand in the upcoming Libyan elections.

8. Law 37, passed by the NATO-imposed Libyan government last month, has created a new crime of 'glorifying' the former government or its leader, subject to a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

Law 38 guarantees immunity from prosecution for anyone who committed crimes aimed at "promoting or protecting the revolution".

This immunity covers those NATO forces responsible for the ethnic cleansing of the town of Tawergha, the massacres in the town of Sirte, and the continuing widespread torture of detainees.

9. Libya's destabilisation has already spread to Mali.

10. Many of NATO's Libyan fighters have now been shipped to Syria to spread their sectarian violence there also.

11. AFRICOM - the US military's African command -  recently decided to send its troops into the Central African Republic, Uganda, South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

AFRICOM has now announced 14 major joint military exercises in African countries for 2012. The military re-conquest of Africa is rolling steadily on.

None of this would have been possible when Gaddafi was still in power.

BRZEZINSKI'S MICROSTATES; NIGERIA SPLIT UP

Tarpley writes, “For Africa, Brzezinski recommends the so-called ‘micro-nationalities’ concept, which means that national boundaries established in the 19th century should be swept aside in favor of a crazy quilt of petty tribal entities, each one so small that it could not hope to resist even a medium-sized oil multinational” .

"Following the mass exodus of Chinese business interests during the Libyan conflict, a shattered Nigeria would ultimately create conditions where China’s growing cooperation with Abuja can be challenged and ultimately, disrupted.

"China has provided extensive economic, military and political support to Nigeria, an important source of oil and petroleum for Beijing. In addition to sponsoring Nigeria for a permanent seat in the UN Security Council, China has invested in Africa’s booming telecommunications market by building and launching a geostationary commercial satellite, owned by Nigeria and operated in Abuja, as a gesture of increased partnership between the two nations.

"In 2010, China and Nigeria signed a $23 billion deal to construct three fuel refineries in Nigeria, adding an extra 750,000 barrels per day of domestic refining capacity."

THE USA IN GHANA AND NIGERIA

"The US Africa Command is now at war on the continent of Africa.

"And not surprising, the war is about oil." (AFRICOM Goes To War In Africa -m)

Ghana made its first big oil find off the coast in 2007, and turned on the taps in 2011.

Reportedly, Mossad and the CIA are very active in oil-rich Ghana and Nigeria.


There is a fear that Ghana could become a failed state, just like Nigeria.

Politicians in both Nigeria and Ghana have their armed militias.

The CIA used militias to get control of the oil in Libya.

On 28 January 2012, at modernghana.com, Lord Aikins Adusei has written:

"Azorka Boys and Bamba Boys: the coming Boko Haram in Ghana?"

According to Adusei:

1. Nigeria's former head of state General Olusegun Obasanjo predicted that Nigeria would be counted among the 'ten leading nations in the world by the end of the (20th) century.'

But, Nigeria has become a failed state.

2. Professor Wole Soyinka, in a BBC interview, described the Boko Haram terrorist group as people from the Islamic madrassas, armed and employed by the elite in the north.

In November 2011 some top people, including Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume, were arrested after it was discovered that they had met and supported Boko Haram.

In January 2012 President Goodluck Jonathan announced that members of his own government were supporters and sympathisers of the Boko Haram terror group.

3. In the south of Nigeria, politicians also have their armed militias.

These militias steal ballot boxes and carry out assassinations.

The Area Boys attack their political opponents, rob oil tankers, and kidnap oil workers for ransom.

4. In Ghana, the ruling NDC have their Azorka Boys.

The opposition NPP have their Bamba Boys.

The Azorka Boys and Bamba Boys are 'violent and lawless thugs' working for certain politicians.

During elections they are supplied with weapons.

5. Ghana's problems include:
