The prison service and the police all knew about Husband's interest in boys.

There has never been a public inquiry into Medomsley.

James Millar Reid was governor at Medomsley at the time when Kevin Young was abused.

In 2000, he was visited by detectives who were investigating Husband.

A few days after the visit, he went missing and his body was found in a wood in Stelling Minnis, near Canterbury.

Martin Narey was the assistant governor at two places where Husband worked.

He went on to become boss of the notorious Barnardo's, the charity for vulnerable children.

Dylan, who was found hanged at a UK children's home

In October 2009, in the UK, 11-year-old Dylan McDonald was found dead at a children's home.

He was discovered suspended from a large Victorian window.

Has there been a cover-up?

It was on 20 October 2009 that we learnt that 11 year old Dylan McDonald had been found hanged at a children's home, the Appletree Centre, in Cumbria in the UK.

The school caters for up to 14 children aged six to 12.

Dylan's family were due to apply to regain custody of their son in November 2009.

Dylan's body was spotted by kids playing outside, hanging outside his bedroom window.

Teachers found him still alive, suspended from a large Victorian window.

Dylan was driven to a hospital in Lancaster where died.

His family said he had showed no warning signs of a desire to commit suicide.

Uncle Shaun McDonald told how Dylan had been excitedly looking forward to trips back home to see his dad Peter and mum Sharon at Hallowe'en and Christmas.

Mr McDonald, from Warrington, said: "When Peter went to see him on Sunday, he was laughing and joking.

"They took him out for meals and Dylan was really looking forward to coming back home later this month.

"We've been told he may have had an argument with a teacher, or another pupil on Monday, and he was a bit down on Tuesday.

"But, essentially, why he did this is a mystery."

Knowsley Council, whose care Dylan was in, stated that an enquiry was underway.

Dylan had spent the last three years at the care home.

His uncle said that he had a good relationship with his parents and would see them every fortnight on visits.

Reggie Kray's twin brother was Ronnie Kray, who was also a gangster and lover of boys.

5. When Reggie was transferred to Lewes prison, in East Sussex, Brad travelled the 600 miles from his home in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, to see him.

6. In 1991, Brad - then aged 12 - changed his name to Kray.

The 57-year-old Kray signed a legal document declaring Brad to be his adopted son.

7. Brad also visited Ronnie Kray, a paranoid schizophrenic, in Broadmoor mental hospital.

8. Brad died some years ago, while still very young.

9. The Krays were jailed for life for murder in 1969.

Ronnie died in 1995 and Reggie died in 2001.

The Chief Inspector of Prisons, General Sir David Ramsbotham, "has told friends he was recently horrified to discover that a juvenile offender, who had been the victim of a paedophile, was being held in the same unit of Cardiff prison as the man who abused him.

Stephen Shaw, director of the Prison Reform Trust, said: "There is a danger that we will begin to see in prisons a mirror image of the corruption and abuse that has been found in care homes."

KANDAHAR CITY (PAN): A parliamentary probe team on Thursday said up to 20 American troops were involved in Sunday’s killing of 16 civilians in southern Kandahar province...

The team spent two days in the province, interviewing the bereaved families, tribal elders, survivors and collecting evidences at the site in Panjwai district.

Hamizai Lali told Pajhwok Afghan News their investigation showed there were 15 to 20 American soldiers, who executed the brutal killings.

"We closely examined the site of the incident, talked to the families who lost their beloved ones, the injured people and tribal elders," he said.

He added the attack lasted one hour involving two groups of American soldiers in the middle of the night on Sunday.

"The villages are one and a half kilometre from the American military base. We are convinced that one soldier cannot kill so many people in two villages within one hour at the same time, and the 16 civilians, most of them children and women, have been killed by the two groups."

The Panjwai shooting spree (or Kandahar massacre) occurred in the early morning of Sunday, 11 March 2012, when sixteen civilians (comprising nine children, four men, and three women) were killed and five wounded in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan.

CCTV of the car could not be used "because it was obscured by a Bedfordshire police poster."

The investigating officer went on holiday and then went on a residential training course.

Eventually Lindsay's car was found at Luton railway station as part of the investigation into the July 7 bombings.

Allegedly, Germaine Lindsay was one of the 2005 London Tube Bombers and died at King's Cross in London.

After the 7 July bombings, Samantha was placed by the authorities in a ‘safe house’.

Police in Kenya say they have found Samantha Lewthwaite's luxury villa in the holiday resort of Mombassa in Kenya.

They suggest she was involved in a plot to blow up hotels and shopping centres in Mombassa.

She has a South African passport under the name of Natalie Faye Webb.


Police believe that the people living at the Mombassa villa were Samantha Lewthwaite and Habib Ghani, who is originally from Hounslow, in the UK.

The Landlord, Nelson Korir, said the man called himself Mark and spoke with an English accent.

He said three children were with the couple.

He said the woman wore western clothing and didn't cover her head.

Over the Christmas period, in Indonesia, millions of Moslems will be protecting both Christians and churches.

H.M. Nuruzzaman, of the world's biggest Moslem organisation, Nahdlatul Ulama, said a total of 2.6 million Moslems have been prepared for the deployment.

In previous years, churches have been protected by Moslem volunteers against attacks by mysterious forces, said to be linked to members of the Indonesian military, linked to the CIA and Mossad. (MOSSAD and THE CIA TURN UP THE HEAT.)

19 people were killed and scores injured in a series of attacks on churches on Christmas Eve in 2000.

In February 2001, the respected Indonesian newsweekly Tempo published a cover story suggesting links between the church bombings and the Indonesian military, the TNI.

The article pointed out that Edi Sugiarto, who was quickly arrested and confessed to assembling 15 of the bombs used in the town of Medan, has long run a car repair shop in the province of Aceh, where a separatist group named GAM operated.

Members of TNI and Indonesia’s special forces, Kopassus, regularly went to his shop for repairs and just to hang out.

As a result, GAM claimed he was a TNI lackey and burned down his shop and house in 1997.

Phone records also indicated that Sugiarto called Fauzi Hasbi seven times before the bombings.

Hasbi is a leader of Jemaah Islamiyah, but Tempo outed him as an Indonesian government agent.

In 2005, two years after Hasbi’s death, the Australian television program SBS Dateline provided additional evidence of Hasbi’s long-time links to the TNI.

Fasbi also called Jacob Tanwijaya, a businessman well connected with the TNI, 35 times.

After the 1979 peace treaty with Israel, Egypt needed to provide work for thousands of demobbed soldiers.

2. Ayesha Siddiqa, the author of Military Inc: Inside Pakistan’s Military Economy, calculates that the Pakistan army controls a $15 billion business empire.

3. In China, the army, in the late 1980s, was running nearly 20,000 firms.

China has recently been pushing the military out of business.

The military keeps the Feudal System in place.

4. The military in Thailand run profitable enterprises.

Thailand recently has been reducing the military influence in business.

The Yanks will soon be able to strike any place on the planet in less than 60 minutes.

I doubt "Conventional Prompt Global Strike" is intended to remain conventional.

It will be used for tactical nukes.

Like the article says, PGS is intended to threaten Russia and China.

Presumably the Evil Empire ultimately wishes to have such a technical superiority that they can not just take out the Russian-Chinese primary strike capability but also, crucially, their secondary strike capability.

William Engdahl appears to think likewise.

Russia and China are the only nations with a nuclear triad that are not under the thumb of the Angloamerican New World Order.

To me, it looks very much like the Yanks are planning an unprovoked nuclear first strike.

To do this, they must neutralize Russian SSBNs very rapidly.

These are quiet enough to be hard to kill, unlike Chinese SSBNs.

In addition to hydrophones scattered throughout patrolled waters, the Yanks have put a lot of engineering into ASW (anti-submarine warfare) technologies like MAD, magnetic anomaly detection.

This allows them to detect submarines with ferromagnetic hulls. Unfortunately, for cost reasons modern Russian SSBNs no longer have titanium (non-ferromagnetic) hulls.

There are extremely sensitive MAD technologies like SQUID and SERF.

A 1989 US Naval Warfare paper stated that SQUID would have to be co-developed with an industry partner to achieve the necessary sensitivity levels.

And this happened.

Anglo American and De Beers developed this technology, ostensibly for prospecting.

Coincidentally enough, these companies are at the inner core of anglosupremacist power configuration, as originated by Cecil Rhodes, and described by Carroll Quigley.

This is more or less the Pilgrims Society.

(Amusingly enough, Rhodes' memorial is on the slopes of Devil's Peak in Cape Town.)

Anyway, you have to wonder whether the RAND-DARPA maniacs plan to use a PGS weapon as a delivery vehicle for an NDB (Nuclear Depth Bomb) for anti-submarine warfare as well.

Something like ASROC or SUBROC but delivered from across the planet at Mach 20.

Combined with cheap drones and UUVs (unmanned undersea vehicles) and sensor networks with hydrophone arrays and ultra-sensitive magnetometers, this could be a real threat to Russian second strike capabilities, even below the Arctic ice sheets.
