Not terrorists. Pak shopkeeper and guard.
In early May 2012, the security services said that 3 Pakistani terrorists were about to bomb two large oil refineries.
As usual, the security services were not telling the truth.
India's 'notorious' security services, together with India's 'discredited' police force, claimed that 3 named Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists had entered India, via Mumbai, and were about to hit key installations, such as Reliance Industries' plant at Jamnagar in Gujarat and Mittal Energy's unit at Bhatinda, Punjab.
On 6 may 2012, the security services produced photographs of the Lashkar team (see above).
On 9 May 2012, a Pakistani television show revealed that the accused men were not in India; they are still living in Lahore in Pakistan: two running shops at the Hafeez shopping complex in Lahore's Gulberg district, and the third a guard employed on the premises.

On 9 May 2012 shopkeeper Mahtab Butt said that when he learnt of the photos of himself, fellow storeowner Atif Butt and night guard Muhammad Babar, he immediately called Pakistani television show host Mubashir Lucman with the news.
